First dishes are all fresh homemade pasta dishes, and the meat, from the territory, is cooked using traditional recipes. In certain periods of the year, the restaurant prepares delicious mushroom dishes with prugnolo mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, white truffles, and local “marroni” chestnuts.
The sweets are all home-made and can be accompanied by select Italian and foreign wines.
