The Hotel Restaurant Il Sergente is located at 800 meters above sea level, along the famous “Mille Miglia” racing road: State Road number 65 of the Futa mountain pass. Surrounded by the splendid landscapes of the beautiful and uncontaminated Apennines countryside, the hotel is a cheerful place for enjoyable vacation. The typical restaurant inside the hotel was created 60 years ago from grandfather “Sergente”, famous for his specialities (crostini misti, polenta fritta con funghi, affettati, crescentine, tagliatelle e pappardelle ai funghi, al cinghiale,al ragu, tortelli di patate, ravioli burro e salvia, grigliata mista di carne con Fiorentina, arrosti, tagliata, contorni misti, crostate, tiramisu, castagnaccio) and for his wine cellar. All the rooms have a private bath, TV and direct line dialing telephone; the view is wonderful. There are rooms that can accommodate 3 or 4 beds.
